If the student is a child please note that the 'student' email address is not required, just the 'parent' email address.

Parents and adult pupils please enter a mobile telephone number and home telephone number (if you have both).

Once the form has been submitted you will receive an email to confirm you've signed up. Caroline will also receive an email to notify her that you have signed up and she will be in touch as soon as a convenient space becomes available according to your availability which you submitted on the form.
